Check Device Display Info here:  L9Plus-H8011A1-N-170210V206
Open SP flashtool, click on Scartter Loading and navigate to where you saved your Tecno L9 FRP FILE, select MT6580_Android_EMMC_scatter.txt and open.

If You’re not sure of the build number or display info, uncheck preloader and click on download button.

As soon as the yellow ring pops up, disconnect device and power on.!!
