please kindly follow the steps below to easy hard reset your infinix hot s without stress

1. Ensure the battery of the phone is charged.

2.Press down the volume up and power key together until it show you no command as shown below;

3.Press down the power key and double tap the volume up key to enter the phone's recovery mode as shown below;

4. Use the volume up and down of the phone to scroll, scroll down to wipe data/factory reset and press the power key to enter, after you enter wipe data scroll down  and select yes.when the wiping is complete you can reboot device.
