kindly follow the steps below with picture examples to easily hard reset your galaxy note edge.
1.make sure the device is charged.
2.combine your volume up ,power and home keys at same time.
3.Immediately the device vibrates, release the power and home key, but still hold the volume up key to take the device to recovery mode.
4. when it shows no command release the volume key and press the power key to enter the device recovery mode properly.
4.when the device enters into recovery mode scroll down with your volume key down to wipe factory data and press the power button to select.
5. once the wiping is complete you can reboot your device, and it will boot up free of any lock.
