please follow the following instructions as listed below with picture example to easily hard reset your nokia one(1) andriod device
1.connect your phone to a power cable and ensure it is charging.
2.combine your volume up and power button to put the phone on factory mode
3.use your volume up and down key to scroll up and down and use your power key to select your option.
4.scroll down to wipe user data and select.
5.Use your volume up and down to select your option
6 .After select wipe user data scroll down and select yes to wipe the user data of the device
After selecting yes under user data wipe,reboot your device and your hard reset is done.
