How To Flash Nokia 3 With Volcano Box-Inferno

Few questions to ask before we proceed:
  1. Why do i need to learn how to flash Nokia 3?
  2. What’s the difference between Nokia 3 Mtk and other MTK devices?
  3. Which is the recommended tool for flashing Nokia 3?

  1. Why do i need to learn how to flash Nokia 3?
Because it’s a secure mtk based android, and requires some smart skills to achieve a successful end. Note that secure boot android smartphones are very difficult to deal with, they generally have connectivity issues and unstable relationship between their USB PORT and Computer’s Device Manager.

2.What’s the difference between Nokia 3 MTK and other MTK devices?
Because Nokia as a manufacturing Company, has proven beyond reasonable doubt that they’re indeed different from other brands in the world. Nokia devices are one of the most secure devices, till date, Nokia’s Security can’t be toiled with. For security, Nokia is recommended!

3. Which is the recommended tool for flashing Nokia 3?
Normally, SP FLASHTOOL is the general and official tool for restoring mtk devices, but because Nokia 3 MTK, is not an open boot device, using third party tool box with specific configuration made for different devices, the recommended tool for flashing Nokia 3 Secure MTK android is VOLCANO INFERNO TOOL. Go get it, they are mature developers and have mapped out boot configurations for some secure devices.
Now, Let’s proceed to flashing using Volcano Inferno Tool:
  • Download Mtk manual Boot.bin ⇒click here  (Very Important)

  • Download NOKIA 3 STOCK FIRMWARE Click ⇒ here

  • Execute Volcano Inferno Tool and choose Manual Boot. Refer to screen shot below


  • Locate Write Factory Files in Volcano interface, choose MT6737 SCARTER FILE and click Next.

  • Just connect your device to computer port powered off, once device is connected properly, you’ll be prompted to choose the manual boot.bin file
  • wait a minute for another prompt, and click OK and choose manual boot.bin file again, the rest of the job will be done by the box.
  • Give it a while, flashing will be completed, finally, boot to recovery and wipe USER DATA and CACHE, reboot phone, wait for device to boot up and enjoy!
